My new topic is the budget cuts in detroit on the morgues.

How long does it take the families to put their loved ones to rest?

What is so important that they won't make budget cuts on it?

The purpose of my paper will show the audience that this is unacceptable. These types of budget cuts are ridiculous. I want to show them how it effects people and families. The audience I am aiming for is the citizens of Detroit and the politicians who had approved this.
